• Form a supportive community of like-minded individuals to uphold accountability throughout and post-treatment.
• Maintain connections with your treatment network even after completion, ensuring you have the means to seek assistance if thoughts of relapse arise.
• Access up-to-date resources for various challenges commonly faced, such as legal guidance, financial aid, and uplifting podcasts. Save and share these resources with your peers.
• Engage with recovery stories shared by fellow Pathfinder members and others through written pieces, videos, and audio content.
• Accumulate badges and rewards by actively participating in the community and achieving specific milestones.
• Regularly check-in to evaluate your progress alongside your counselor and establish healthy habits tailored to you through an adaptable routine.
